Art First is pleased to present Jennifer Durrant, the highly respected abstract painter, whose achievements over four decades encompass Clement Greenburg’s New York of the 1970’s, the first woman artist’s residency at an Oxford College (Somerville) in 1980, a solo show at the Serpentine Gallery in 1987, an exhibition at the Concourse Gallery Barbican, in 1992, London, and election to the Royal Academy in 1994. She is represented in major collections including the Arts Council, Tate the British Council and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. She lives and works in Italy.
